Evaluation charter

The evaluation charter defines the principles and measures designed to guarantee, in particular, the quality, transparency and publicity of evaluation procedures.

It is made public and brought to the attention of the institutions and bodies evaluated. Hcéres experts and staff undertake to comply with its principles and provisions.
